Based in Beverly Hills, FOUND Hotels is looking for a dynamic Director of Revenue to join our rapidly expanding team. Successful candidates will have a passion for travel and the hospitality industry and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
What we’re looking for
RESPONSABILITIES
- Create, develop, and implement comprehensive revenue and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the FOUND Hotels portfolio of properties
- Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies, and data
- Regular and thorough reporting to leadership and ownership
- Implement rate and pricing strategy in conjunction with ownership, property leadership, and third-party revenue consultants
- Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal business mix
- Prepare analysis, reports, critiques, and future strategies for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue strategy and budget meetings
- Monitor STR Indexes and provide critical analysis of performance
- Prepare annual Rooms revenue budget and re-forecasts
- Build and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Oversee process for evaluating all opportunities for contracted business (group/wholesale/corporate) in order to maximize profitability
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of Revenue Management
- Experience with independent boutique properties
- In-depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Agency360, Demand360, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform critical analysis
- Ability to work expediently in a high-pressure and high-stress environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
