Based in Beverly Hills, FOUND Hotels is looking for a dynamic Director of Revenue to join our rapidly expanding team. Successful candidates will have a passion for travel and the hospitality industry and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

What we’re looking for

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Create, develop, and implement comprehensive revenue and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the FOUND Hotels portfolio of properties
  • Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies, and data
  • Regular and thorough reporting to leadership and ownership
  • Implement rate and pricing strategy in conjunction with ownership, property leadership, and third-party revenue consultants
  • Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal business mix
  • Prepare analysis, reports, critiques, and future strategies for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue strategy and budget meetings
  • Monitor STR Indexes and provide critical analysis of performance
  • Prepare annual Rooms revenue budget and re-forecasts
  • Build and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Oversee process for evaluating all opportunities for contracted business (group/wholesale/corporate) in order to maximize profitability
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the field of Revenue Management
  • Experience with independent boutique properties
  • In-depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Agency360, Demand360, etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform critical analysis
  • Ability to work expediently in a high-pressure and high-stress environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
